A city reinvents itself – the architects of Grimshaw in London/UK are devising a master plan to create a modern work & living concept, on 20.000 sq m lettable space, on the ground of former community pool.
We consulted the team of project developers from Aachen and Roermond/NL.

Frankfurter Westend is one of the most important hubs for international fonds- and investment companies, that are in walking distance of this unique investment property. On this project, we collaborated with a renowned family office in Nuremberg, as well as a highly respectable investor from Frankfurt.
